Guarantee Notice: Any service guarantee applies only to the original reservation. The guarantee becomes void if the pickup address is incorrect or if the selected vehicle does not match the actual transportation needs.

General Terms

1. Bookings and Availability

• Our services are available 24/7.
• We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred vehicle and time.

2. Payment Policies

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
• Full payment must be completed at least one week before the scheduled service date.
• Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and fee-free options such as Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp.
• Credit card payments may include processing fees.

3. Hourly Service and Overtime Charges

• A minimum of 4 hours is required for sedans, SUVs, limousines, and Sprinter vans.
• Peak dates or specialty vehicles may require longer minimum booking times.
• Billing is calculated in full-hour increments after the minimum time.
• Services between 12:01 a.m. and 5:59 a.m. may include a surcharge ranging from $25 to $50.

4. Holiday and Long-Distance Surcharges

• Trips beyond a 45-mile radius from our garage may include additional mileage and travel time charges.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Airport Transfers

• Local airport transfers require at least 4 hours’ notice for cancellation.
• Domestic and international airport transfers require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

2. Hourly Rentals and Events

• Cancellations within 30 business days result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Cancellations within 15 business days are charged the full reservation amount.
• Proms, concerts, stadium events, museum trips, and major tournament bookings are non-refundable.

3. Reservation Changes and Cancellations

• All changes or cancellations must be confirmed in writing by Hartsfield Limo Service.
• Contacting the chauffeur directly for changes is not permitted.

Cleaning and Damage Fees

• Eating and smoking are not allowed in any vehicle.
• Smoking inside a vehicle results in a $600 cleaning fee.
• A $500 cleaning fee applies if the vehicle requires cleaning due to sickness.
• Customers are responsible for any damage caused during the rental period.

Waiting Time and Extra Stops

1. Airport Pickup Waiting Time

• 15 minutes of complimentary wait time for residential, office, and hotel pickups.
• 30 minutes for domestic flight arrivals.
• 60 minutes for international flight arrivals.

2. Additional Stops

• Each additional stop is charged at $25 within a reasonable distance.

SMS Terms of Service

By opting into SMS communications from Hartsfield Limo Service, you agree to receive text messages related to bookings, reminders, updates, and billing notifications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Please review our privacy policy for more details.

Safety and Conduct

• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate service termination without refund.
• Standing through sunroofs or engaging in unsafe behavior is not allowed.
• Disruptive or unsafe conduct may result in service termination without refund.

Liability

• Hartsfield Limo Service is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• In case of vehicle malfunction, a comparable replacement vehicle will be provided when possible.
• We are not responsible for items left in vehicles, though reasonable efforts will be made to return found items.

Final Agreement
